In this challenging time, we must all take steps to limit the spread of the Coronavirus further. We want to get through this time as well as possible together with our customers, partners, and employees. First of all, therefore, I wish everyone a lot of strength.
Our employees are working from home
Mansystems like every one of you is, thus, keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding the coronavirus outbreak. Therefore, our office is closed until further notice. Our employees, however, will, as always, be diligently working from home on your projects.
This decision was made to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and their relations as part of a larger effort to help limit the spread of the coronavirus as much as possible. As a result, all physical appointments are being converted into video conferencing calls until further notice.
We are also canceling events. We regret Mendix World will also be delayed until 2021.
Continuity of Services
Our services are designed in a way to guarantee the continuity of our high-level services continuously. We will remain in close contact with you and will continue our daily stand-ups to ensure projects move forward on schedule.
We’ve already been working virtually for some time via a Virtual Office Space. This communications platform allows you to work with the entire team using avatars to interact with one another. That approach allows everyone to be engaged as possible, and we encourage everyone to contact your account manager to learn more about this unique way to stay in touch with each other virtually.
Naturally, we always prefer working on location in proximity to customers whenever and wherever required. For the sake of everyone’s health and safety, we, regrettably, now all need to keep personal interactions to an absolute minimum.
Mansystems hopes that these measures will reduce the spread of COVID-19. If the Government comes up with additional measures, we will respond as quickly as possible.
