Amersfoort, 20 October 2026 – CLEVR today announced the appointment of Harold Masselink as Managing Director Benelux, effective November 1, 2026. In this role, Harold will lead the Benelux organization. He will also take ownership of Agentic AI and Siemens Intelligence Center X (ICX) across the CLEVR group.
Harold joins CLEVR from CAPE, where he was CEO. Harold also served as COO and CTO at BrixCRM. He knows enterprise application development inside out, from low-code to high-code, and brings years of experience in building organizations, teams and long-term customer relationships.
Harold combines a technical background with a strong commercial focus, and a clear vision on how AI moves from hype to real business impact. That vision is central to his new role.
From Enterprise Low-Code to the Agentic Enterprise
With the rise of AI, low-code and application development are going through the biggest and fastest change in their history. Siemens is leading that shift with Siemens Intelligence Center X: one platform where industrial AI, low-code (including Mendix) and the digital thread come together, and where AI agents and people work together inside governed business processes.
CLEVR helps its customers make that same move. With Agentic AI, applications no longer just support the work; they actively carry it out, built on the customer's own data, processes and governance. ICX brings CLEVR's two business lines, digital manufacturing and enterprise low-code, together on one platform.
As group-wide owner of Agentic AI and ICX, Harold will work closely with CLEVR's teams in the Benelux, the Nordics and DACH to bring these solutions to customers across Europe. From November 1, he joins CLEVR's Management Team.
